Product Description
Stainless steel manhole cover is installed on the top of tank, with full sealing structure, and tighten top cover by rotary drive handle.
The top cover is made of stainless steel plate by punch forming, bottom base is made of stainless steel plate by roll forming process.
It can be directly welded on the tank.
Function & Feature
1. Surface Treatment
Stainless Steel's surface is treated by mirror polishing to make it more pleasing and longer performing.
2. With Lead sealing
With the lead sealing board, it can be sealed directly.
3. Opening Angle
The turn-hinge with the opening angle stop device, it can effectively prevent the crash which between the stainless steel manhole cover and tanker when the cover is opening.
4. Type Diversification
The nominal diameter, material and height can be ordered by user's demand.
5. Structure Features
Double covers, the top and bottom cover can be opened as requested. When loading the medium, open the top cover, when getting in or out for repairing the tank, open the bottom cover, make it easy to operate.

1. The materials of manhole cover can be ordered in different according to user's demand, such as aluminum alloy, carbon steel, stainless steel 304, stainless steel 316.
2. The nominal diameter and base's height can be ordered by user's demand.
3. The sealing gasket can be chosen according to user's actual demand, different sealing gasket with different nominal pressure.
